Welcome to the Baybridge Canal Villas, a unique canal front development in the prestigious Islands Estate in the Hartbeespoort Dam area.

The villas are situated on a 5 kilometres canal network with access to the Hartbeespoort Dam via a state of the art 1st in South Africa waterlock system. All villas open up onto a large wooden deck with built in braai on the edge of the canal

The villas offer majestic views of the Hartbeespoort valley and surrounding Magaliesberg mountains.

Guests may choose between 3 and 4 bedroom Bali style villas sleeping 6 to 8 guests in style. Either way, you will receive absolute tranquility whilst in the lap of luxury.

All villas open up onto a large wooden deck on the edge of the canal and are perfect for lazing the day away on the water’s edge.

The Hartbeespoort Valley is also a prime area for conferences, team-building events and weddings. We often accommodate guests and delegates at the conference and wedding venues. There are various unique theme restaurants in the area. We recommend The Rock restaurant which is situated on top of the hill at the Stonehouse Mountain Lodge, and has a magnificent deck overlooking the valley. The fully licensed restaurant is open for breakfasts, dinners, cocktails and sporting events on the big screen. The restaurant is also popular for special functions and events, and there is a large boma area behind the restaurant for function dinners. Call Cilla on 083-571-6790 to make a reservation.

Due to the tranquil surroundings, we do not permit loud music or parties and guests may not bring their own HIFI systems.

Please advise us at time of booking if you are expecting the number of guests to exceed the maximum number originally booked, in order for us ensure that the housekeeping and beds are allocated correctly.

Out of consideration for all our guests and neighbours, we do not permit day visitors over and above the number of booked guests.

The villas are serviced daily. Extra servicing and dish washing can be arranged at a nominal charge.

All non-motorized canoes, kayaks, pedalo boats and paddle-skis are included in the cost of the villa. A small bass fishing boat with 15 hp engine may be hired.

Please be advised that a refundable key deposit of R200 per villa is payable on arrival of all Guests. Please settle your account with our manager prior to departure and she will refund the key deposit.

High season is from 15 December to 10 January and over the Easter holidays.

Over weekends we prefer guests to book for 2 nights, else we battle to book out the villas for a Friday night only. Therefore for single Saturday bookings we charge a single night surcharge of 25% on the above rates.

Bookings are secured once payment is received in advance. Our cancellations policy is a follows:

• Cancellation over 6 months prior – full refund of deposit
• Cancellation 3 month to 6 months – refund of 75% of deposit
• Cancellation 1 month to 3 months – refund of 50% of deposit
• Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks prior – refund of 25% of deposit
• Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior – forfeiture of deposit

Check in and out times are 14h30 and 10h00 respectively.

Please arrange to arrive before 19h00. If you are not able to arrive prior to 19h00, please contact the manager on 082-903-3013 to arrange a late check in, else your booking may be forfeited.
